Executive ascent is a program for small leadership-based teams that develop leadership skills and courage to face tough situations.  Small teams work together to complete roped based climbing and rappelling activities that challenge each team members ability to dig deep and be courageous under pressure and stress.  Each roped based activity is debriefed for maximum reflection and transfer to work-related goals and objectives. This program is intense development for leadership teams and the results are extraordinary

 

Looking for an interactive and team-based leadership training?  One Day Adventures is excited to offer a premiere leadership training based on the five principles of experiential learning theory.  Individuals will have ample opportunity to practice their leadership skills while discussing leadership roles in this highly interactive program.  

Welcome to the pre-game warm up.  This half day program is perfect for meetings, workshops, conferences or part of a larger program.

One Day Adventures facilitators provide large or small groups with interactive team bonding activities that are perfect to increase energy levels, spark creativity and productivity!  Activities are custom-designed for all ability levels.  Our pre-game warm up may also be used to introduce one of our other half day events or multi-day programs.
