All activities are designed for beginners and participation is always encouraged.  If you decide that you don’t like a certain activity, you will not be required to participate.  You can always watch, take pictures, and join in on the discussions.   

Please wear sunblock, bring a water bottle and sun hat.  Leave all expensive jewelry at home and wear close-toed shoes.  No sandals please!

Mountain Rescue

The Corporate Rescue  program parallels the dynamics of a functionacorporate team buildinglly composed organization working under deadlines and time constraints.

Rescue teams have become the model of highly functional teams. The ability to evaluate, organize and make rapid decisions under stressful situations is paramount.  In addition to decisive decision-making, teams are required to collect pertinent information, evaluate risks, prioritize objectives, divide resources, and efficiently employ all team members. Everyone must work together to accomplish the goal of saving lives. Therefore, we have created a scenario that will place you and your team in the position of the rescuer.  You will be provided with skill sets that will enable you to function as a real rescue team.  You will then need to rely on your decision-making abilities, communication skills and teamwork to save the factious victims.

Your team will be divided into sectors: ( Often set to correlate to regions or divisions within a company.)

Rapid Response First Aid Team.

  1. Incident Command and Communication.
  2. Vertical Ropes Rescue Team.
  3. Orienteering/Map and compass division.

All members will then have vital roles in contributing to the success of the operation.  The interdependence of the sub-teams and of each member will be apparent and will transfer into a variety of corporate structures.

We can operate this scenario at a wide variety of locations, from outdoor settings in the desert or mountains or on property at your choice of resorts. This is an excellent one or two day program.

We provide state of the art equipment and operate under the same levels of safety requirements of fire departments and rescue organizations.

Inclusions/Details:  Every Mountain Rescue is custom-designed.  All staff/facilitators are of the highest quality.  Transportation, meals and other inclusions are on a per group basis.
